The conference “Protein Sources: Alternative Proteins” brought together over 100 attendees who listened to presentations by experts in the sector. The conference addressed the new nutritional challenge that forces us to look for options to replace traditional protein sources.
The director of our Food Advisory, Mireia Anglada, gave a presentation on our vision in the sector, giving as an example our lines of work that seek a balance between the manufacturer’s demand (taste, quality, marketability, production and cost efficiency, etc.) and the market’s demand, where we feel responsible for a better world, such as physical and neuronal health, consumer profile, balance, environment, etc.
