We continue to make progress towards our commitment to digitalisation and sustainability. For years, we have been working with digital invoicing in a unique way. Now we have taken another step towards digitalisation, saving paper, and providing a better service to customers and suppliers. We have implemented a new system for reading and registering invoices using an OCR system.
The aim of this implementation is to streamline invoice processing and optimise the functions of the accounting team by using a system that automatically recognises all of an invoice’s information fields and enters them into a process of validation, approval and, lastly, registration in the ERP system.
With this in mind, the entire Molina team is undergoing training to learn how to work with the tool.
