The Molina Group’s Christmas event is a moment that the whole team looks forward to all year long, as it is a very special gathering that combines company activities with other more playful ones.
This meeting allows us to learn from management about the group’s strategic path, to have a clearer vision of the future, and to deal with various issues. One of the main topics discussed during the gathering, for which the corporate value of “Trust” was emphasised, was the Equality Plan and, specifically, Non-Discrimination. This subject was dealt with through a very emotional activity that included a blind wine tasting with the aim of empathising with blind persons, in this way, raising awareness and making us more conscious of our role in society.
If there is one thing that sets the Molina Group apart, it’s our team, of which we are very proud for creating, amongst all of us, the great working atmosphere, respect, trust and complicity that we all share.
