    What is the justification for processing my data?

    The legitimate basis for data processing is the existing contractual or commercial relationship covered by article 6.1 of the RGPD or consent in the case of potential clients, as well as the legal basis of article 21 of the LSSICE, relating to the sending of commercial communications, where it is established that the receipt of said communications has been expressly authorised, unless there is a prior contractual relationship in which case products similar to those that were initially contracted would be offered.

    The purpose of handling this data is to ensure the security of the premises and the people on them by means of video surveillance cameras.

    For how long is my data stored?

    Images recorded are automatically deleted after less than one month. If a crime is detected, the images can be extracted and retained for a longer period of time.

    The legal basis for handling your data is the carrying out of a mission in the public interest (article 6.1. of the GDPR). This interest is to ensure the security of persons, property and premises.

    In addition, the premises are equipped with signs informing about the use of video surveillance cameras.
